Strategy picks the ads. Production ships them.
How we turn finished concepts into statics, creator videos and founder videos every month, with AI doing the heavy work and a person checking every file.

Why new ads dry up after a month
Every brand knows Meta needs a steady flow of new ads. Most stall at making them every month without a large creative team.
None of these is a talent problem. Each one is a missing step in the process.
Every ad has three layers
Production starts after the creative strategy is done. By then each concept has a persona, an angle and an offer, plus two to three executions. Production decides how each execution looks, reads and sounds.
We build every ad in three layers, in this order. Strategy sets one job for the ad. Design makes it readable in one second on a phone. Copy does most of the selling, and the first line or first three seconds is the hook.
AI makes this fast enough for one person to ship a month of ads. A person picks the idea, checks every export and makes sure the product in the ad is the one the customer gets.
If an ad tries to do two jobs at once, we split it into two ads.
Six steps from brief to export
How we produce statics, creator video and founder video every month, with one person and AI.
The brief comes first
One page per ad: persona and problem, angle, offer, awareness level, 3 hooks, primary text, headline, format, 3 reference ads, which product photos and the page it links to.
Statics as a template system
One idea per ad. A short headline in the top third, one support line, the product on a calm background, two or three callouts at most and one proof line. Built in 4:5, then laid out again for 9:16.
Creator video, briefed like a script
A creator who uses the product gets the opening line, three points to hit, a shot list and what never to say. We ask for three hooks on the same body, one scripted take and one in their own words.
Founder and brand video
The founder on a phone: why they built it, what is different, the question customers ask most. Plus footage of the product being made, used and packed. No creator can say “I made this”.
A mix of production levels
Native ads that look like posts, clean designed statics, creator video and the odd produced shoot. One shoot feeds a whole wave of cuts and stills in every size, so there is something new each month.
AI for speed, people for the idea
AI summarises reviews, drafts copy variants, lays out drafts in the brand’s fonts and colours, resizes and runs the checklist. A person picks the idea, chooses the finals and checks every file.
Hooks for video ads, shown frame by frame, are in the ad hooks library. How we decide which ads to make is on creative strategy.
Seven static formats we always test
A format is the layout. Each one suits a different job, so a concept usually gets two or three of them.
Pick formats by the job and the awareness level of the concept, then give each format its own ads in the ad set.
What a month of production can look like
A made-up brand spending $20,000 a month on Meta. About 20 new ads, mostly made in-house.
Illustrative mix, not a client. Every ad gets 3 hooks, and each concept gets 6+ statics or 3+ videos so the ad set gets a fair read.
Small budget? Use a floor instead of the $1K rule: four new statics and two founder phone videos a month, made in-house. Paid creators come later, once spend can carry them.
Brands that know what to make and can’t keep up
If the ideas are there and the ads still ship late, or all look alike, production is usually where we start.
Questions
What goes into an ad brief?
One page per ad: who it is for and their problem, the angle, the offer, the awareness level, three hooks, primary text, headline, the format, three reference ads, which product photos to use, the sizes and the page it links to.
How many new ads does a brand need each month?
Our rule of thumb is about one new ad per $1,000 of monthly Meta spend, with six or more statics or three or more videos per concept. Smaller brands use a floor of a few statics and founder videos a month.
Do static ads still work on Meta?
Yes, for cold and warm buyers alike. Statics are the cheapest ads to make and test, and formats like before and after or us vs them can carry a whole concept.
How do you brief UGC creators?
We give them the opening line, three points to hit, a shot list and what never to say, and ask for three hooks on the same body. We ask new creators for past work and the brief they got for it.
Do you use AI to make ads?
Yes, for speed: research summaries, copy variants, layout drafts, resizing and checks. A person picks the idea and approves every file. The product is always the brand’s own photo, and we don’t use AI-made people as customers or reviewers.
What sizes do you make for Meta?
Every static in 4:5 (1080 x 1350) for feeds and 9:16 (1080 x 1920) for Stories and Reels. The 9:16 version is laid out again, not cropped, so no text sits under the app buttons.
